Tough Decision Making Made Easier

When it comes to career change, you might be stressing over the question, “Should I stay or should I go?”

While it’s a reasonable question to ask, consider other issues first:

  • What’s really driving your interest in making a possible change?
  • Are you reacting emotionally to events?
  • What really matters to you now – given where you are in your life?
  • What’s most important?

Before you grapple with the question of whether or not to stay or move on, spend some time clarifying your priorities.  Once your priorities are clear, you can make important decisions more easily.

I often use a prioritizing grid when working with clients to help them think through the issues they really need to before making a move.

I’d be happy to send you a copy of the grid.

Simply send a request by using this link:

We’ll send you the grid right away.
