What do high performing employees really want to help them be most successful?
They want to learn, grow, and be challenged. They want to collaborate and build valuable connections with peers.
They want to develop their leadership
…And they don’t want you to waste their time.
For over 15 years, Gayle has been running senior executive peer groups, roundtable groups and mastermind groups for motivated leaders who enjoy learning in a small group setting. Participants meet regularly to exchange ideas, sharpen executive leadership skills and gain objective perspective to help them be most effective in their leadership roles.
For organizations that want to attract, develop and retain their leaders
Participants meet once a month in a small group setting for up to half a day. (8-10 participants)
Peer Support & Collaboration
As participants share opportunities and challenges, they gain support from others in the group who can provide objective feedback and perspective.
They build collaboration and gain support.
Knowledge & Skill Development
The program helps participants focus on the leadership knowledge and skill development essential for success in their leadership role. Specific topics/areas of focus are customized for the group.
“Just-in-time” coaching allows participants to have coaching support between meetings in situations when they need quick ideas, feedback or guidance in real time.
Participants are focused on results. They commit to specific actions each month based on issues discussed and report progress.
Each meeting actively engages participants. No lectures. Just discussion about what matters most to participants and live application of new skills and ideas that make a real impact.
Keep your high performers by keeping them engaged.
